SWAYZE is a DJ and music producer born and raised in Houston, TX he seeks the night life with passion and drive to bring the vibes and people together through music. From underground hole in the wall places to the most respected venues in Houston, SWAYZE has established his name with his talents as a true Artist in the scene.

He specializes in melodic, progressive, afro, tech house and even hard techno. SWAYZE never plays the same set twice and prides himself in curating a journey that captivates the crowd. Finding joy in others happiness is what motivates him to be better than the last time as an ever growing and evolving DJ and music producer.

On this episode we have a guest mix from a very talented artist, that has quickly made her name known in the Houston music scene. She is an amazing human and a very special person in my life. I introduce to you LAURA.

LAURA burst into Houston's House & Techno scene merely two years ago with a range of heavy hitting techno, groovy tech house, and even some classic house styles. Today, she is one of many forces seeding the underground techno culture in Houston. She has had the pleasure of bringing the community together at events such as SONOFUSE at Numbers Nightclub. A passion project of hers, LAURA built SONOFUSE with the mission to showcase quality local & regional talent in a supportive, safe and egoless environment. With a third SONOFUSE on the horizon, LAURA reflects back to where she started, dipping into some of those first songs she learned to play with. 

She is very proud and grateful to have had the chance to learn new skills, make music and memories with great people, and help grow our scene into something Houston truly deserves.

Melodic Mondays Ep. 11 - Live Opening Set for Marsh at Bauhaus Houston (08-02-2025)

What's up party people! Welcome to another episode of Melodic Mondays with yours truly, Jamsheddy.

This week's episode is a special one. This past Saturday I had the privilege to open up the dancefloor at Bauhaus Houston for one of my favorite Anjunadeep artists. He is a British DJ and Producer and one of the breakout stars of the melodic house scene. Marsh has sculpted a distinctly warm, emotional sound. 

His passion was inspired by his teenage love of the emotionally rich, early 2000s trance sound and the musicality of crossover drum & bass. Marsh has created  memorable headline sets at prestigious venues such as Printworks London, The Brooklyn Mirage and the infamous Red Rocks. It was such a pleasure getting to be on the lineup for such a great artist. It was a very memorable night, thank you to everyone that came out to support me.
