Hefty Mess vítá do svých řad @miro_neurofunk!

Miroslav ''MiRo'' Rousek je 32 letý DJ původem z Trutnova. Drum & Bass objevil už v roce 2012 na festivalu Let It Roll, tehdy jako fanoušek Dubstepu. Po 5 letech života v Německu se vrátil do Čech, kde v roce 2021 začal mixovat.
Krátce nato se stal členem tehdejší Božkoff crew, s kterými o 2 roky později vyhrál Storm DNB Kombat, a mohl si tak zahrát na LIRu, kde jeho cesta kdysi začala.

MiRo ale není jen DJ. Angažoval se v organizačních týmech hned několika slavných festivalů, včetně Liquicity, Imagination a zmíněněho Let It Roll, kde obstarával transport a logistiku pro vystupující umělce. Má tak hluboký vztah jak k hudbě samotné, tak i k průmyslu, kultuře a lidem okolo ní.

Totéž platí pro Drum & Bass, který je v jeho životě víc, než jen hudba -- je to jeho tep, instinkt a trvalý stav mysli. MiRovo srdce bije pro neurofunk, a jeho playstyle snoubí kontrast napětí a uvolnění, s důrazem na syrovou energii v popředí i pozadí.
Zahrál si už na desítkách rejvů, a to i po boku jmen jako Pythius, Teddy Killerz, TR Tactics, Prolix, Merikan a mnoho dalších. Má za sebou i pár kolaborací s německým producentem HighThere pro labely Skamele Recordings a Neuroheadz.

MiRo ale necítí potřebu hnát se vpřed za každou cenu. DnB scéna pro něj není závod, nýbrž komunita, hobby a kultura, kterou chce svou snahou kultivovat, obohatit a posouvat, s respektem ke všem lidem, kterí to mají stejně.

Dnes vstupuje do nové kapitoly jako oficiální člen naší crew, kde půjde ještě deeper, darker & harder.

Jag är författare och skriver noveller till  fyra damtidningar som tillhör ett stort medieföretag.
Förutom det har jag gett ut några böcker, men att skriva låttexter är nytt för mig. Skriver på svenska först och översätter sedan till spanska och engelska. Jag talar båda språken, men det grammatiska fuskar jag med.
Många av texterna skrevs när min sambo sedan över tjugo år fick bort i A.L.S. Jag har sedan förändrat och försett dem med refränger.
Jag njuter av att få skapa musiken med mp3 och lyssna på resultaten. Mina egna favoriter just nu är Sentiment is( felskrivning då mobilen är trött och enspråkig) och Christmas Heart. Jag är teknikanalfabet och har inte lyckats ändra titlarna så det lär bli fler.

My roots in electronic music go deep into the eighties, when bands like Depeche Mode, Front 242, and Nitzer Ebb changed my world. The nineties pulled me even deeper into the club scene, with legendary nights at Aufschwung Ost in Kassel (later Stammheim) and the Omen in Frankfurt. At some point I found myself behind the decks, playing in various clubs and venues.

After a family break (yes, even DJs switch from basslines to diaper duties sometimes!), I’m currently spinning mostly for myself, with friends, and at small private parties—JUST FOR FUN!
