Andrea Ariana is a Puerto Rican music selector based between San Juan and Madrid. With a diverse mix of techno, house, and everything in between, from minimal breakbeats and electro to acid house and minimal tech, AA found herself drawn early on to alternative and unconventional sounds.
She’s been playing for the past five years, with appearances at major events like SXM and Corona Sunsets, and at high-profile venues including Fifty Eight, La Marqueta, La Factoría, and even the Luis Muñoz Marín Airport.

Through years of travel to national and international music hubs, she has absorbed each city’s sonic identity, shaping both her perspective and sound. Her underground sets have steadily gained traction in the local club scene, leading her to share stages with heavyweights such as Traumer, Bob Moses, Raresh, Sonja Moonear, Priku, Janeret, Lee Burridge, Dennis Cruz, Dubfire, among others.

With a background in psychology, Andrea brings a unique sensitivity to her sets, focusing on emotional connection and subtle storytelling. She moves fluidly across settings, from big-room clubs and outdoor stages to intimate afterhours, and has collaborated with collectives such as Musikone, Y2K Obsession and Groove & Flavor. Andrea is currently working on her first project as a music producer, developing a sound that reflects her evolution as both a selector and artist.

Would you consider the 22nd of May to be part of "the middle of May?"  I hope so, because if not, then I should have posted this track earlier--because it talks about being in "the middle of May."  

Not many Interbay songs can be described as "beautiful."  I think this might be one that could.  Give it a listen and see if you agree that "Meadows Green" is, indeed, "beautiful."  

I'm serving up a slice of summer breezes, birds proud to share their songs, from a place where time, at least for the moment, has no meaning.  Take a breath, take a nap, take in a magnificent view, take a way a memory that can be of some comfort when the skies are gray, the drizzle is never ending and the clock ticks more insistently than ever.  

Synths, pads, washes, flutes, a sparse beat, some human voices...these are the tools with which I crafted a piece of music meant to take you right back to your memories of meadows green, wherever...and whenever...you might happen to be at any given moment.  

I know I've got some noisy industrial, tech house bangers, guitar driven rock anthems, and who knows what else...all ready to emerge from The Vault, so I thought...what better time than a Thursday afternoon to share this deliberate pause...a glass of cool water...and the sensation of being connected to something very different than the world of glass, concrete and steel where we find ourselves most of the time.
