WeAreiDyll is happy to once again step into another world of Afro-House music by bringing through UK's own MYDIR.

Having previously released on Bosom and INNU records, He has taken Afro House and added his deep melodic style to it.

based on MYDIR's journey; from early beginnings in a small town to leaving on an adventure traveling the world. Growing as an artist along the way, he has continued to evolve and open his eyes to the world around him. 

His journey allowed him to gain a new level of consciousness and gave him a new perspective, which has made him able to develop and refine his sound. 

Reflecting on his time traveling, where he was immersed in so many different cultures and experiences, he found inspiration that forms the eclectic and melodic sound that breathes through this EP.

EP.016: MYDIR

Aranga was first created in lockdown, back in 2020. I wanted to make something that was deep but uplifting, it took a while to find a vocalist that would compliment the track but eventually I came across Muvhungu. And knew she would be perfect. The track continues in my style of storytelling through music, where each track is reflective on a significant time or point in my life.  Aranga is a place in New Zealand, a country I explored during my travels, as well as the words significant meaning in Māori which translates to resurrection.
