For this month we have a guest that I am following for 4 years and it's an honor to have them: FLOORMAGNET. 

Biography 
The Floormagnet collective story began in the late 80’s in Sweden. Sparked by a fascination for electronic music, influenced by the early pioneers. Floormagnet consists of six producers/DJs based in Stockholm and London. 

They've been on fire since their debut release in 2021 with the support from 6AM, Like That Underground, The Rave Exchange and Global Techno followed by a series of singles, EP’s and collaborations with Weska, Zoo Brazil, Tiger Stripes, Rebecca & Fiona and Subjaax. 

Signed by Selador with “Laura” and the original is joined by two sorcerous remixes with the legends Circulation and Zoo Brazil. 

Their love for various genres of electronic music is mirrored in their DJ sets and productions, delivering authenticity to music lovers across the globe. 

This experienced collective has been travelling the world and holds together in their resume; resident at Pacha (London), playing for Pure, Eivissa, Café Mambo, Thump, Drumcode Records Halloween party (Tobacco Dock), Ministry Of Sound & Pulse/Bankside Vaults, residents at Avalanche Ibiza’s parties and playing at various clubs all over the US, Europe, Asia and worked with worldwide brands such as SuperMartXé and Matinée. 

Their imprint FM Recordings has been making a lot of noise in 2022-2023 on Beatport cracking the charts such as Techno (Peak time/driving) Top 100, Melodic House & Techno Hype Top 100, Best New Hype Melodic House & Techno, Best Indie Dance and Beatport and Secret Weapons. 

Continuing to pick up major global spins with support from big names such as Tini Gessler, Anthony Pappa, Pan-Pot, Hernán Cattáneo, Dosem, Hito, Sasha, Sister Bliss, K-Klass, Roger Sanchez, Eelke Kleijn, Karotte, Joris Voorn, Bart Skills, Adam Beyer and Lupe Fuentes just to name a few. It’s clear that Floormagnet has been making a global splash in the electronic music scene with its headstrong peak-time creations and are climbing that ladder-like lightning.

PREMIERE: Machinegewehr ─ Sunday Whispers (My Secret Playground Remix) [Mélopée Records]

Machinegewehr creates a universe where melancholy and energy are in symbiosis. Between ethereal synth pads and minimalist rhythms, he composes dreamlike soundscapes, conducive to nocturnal escape.
For his very first release on Mélopée Records, he offers three original club tracks with captivating textures. 

"Gone" explores a more introspective side. Melodic and subtly rhythmic, this track reveals an immersive story in the spirit of Machinegewehr.

"Sunday Whispers" opens with hypnotic dynamics. Its soaring musicality and relentless groove transport us into a cosmic trance. An effective, luminous track that floats between dream and reality.

"Taceval" stands out for its skin-deep sensuality. Soft and melancholic, it unfolds a hushed atmosphere where each note seems suspended in time. A soothing track that contrasts with the energy of the previous tracks.

Tending Tropic's remix elevates the original "Gone" with a decidedly club-like feel ! A punchy rhythm, deep bass, and precise buildup of tension make this a true banger made for the peak time. A hypnotic and high-energy reinterpretation that will set the dancefloor ablaze !

PREMIERE – Machinegewehr – Gone (Tending Tropic Remix) (Mélopée Records)

Brandski is a French electronic music producer, DJ, and live performer based in Toulouse. Known for his analog-driven sound, his music resonates with fans of analog textures and driving rhythms, offering a timeless fusion of dancefloor energy and melodic depth. He blends italo disco, electro, and EBM into sharp and cinematic tracks. Trained in classical music, Brandski evolved into electronic production since a decade. His music is powered by instruments like the Roland TR-707, the Yamaha DX-7 or the Korg MS-20.

His regular releases include EP like Paranoia on Division Record label, Optical Signal on Nein and the acclaimed Moonrider LP on Mélopée Records. With this album, he explored a journey through retro-futuristic music, carried by synths, deep grooves, and cosmic melodies. On tracks like “Disco Dance” and “Feather and Silk” he blended nostalgia and innovation.
