A lost 2013 demo resurrected straight from the heart of the Las Vegas convention circuit, “Float Like Blaine” is KANTIBUS’s no-holds-barred takedown of self-styled mentalists and their “grift-and-shift” mind games. Anchored by a driving boom-bap beat and swirling, dissonant synth tones, the track unfolds as a blistering rant—half confessional, half manifesto—against hackneyed telepathy tricks and cheap patter. Over staccato flows and razor-sharp wordplay, KANTIBUS skewers those who trade in “mediocre mind exploits,” calling listeners to question every slight-of-hand claim and dig deeper into what real magic (and real insight) should feel like.

KANTIBUS is an American producer/songwriter who has been creating songs since 1990.

It is a portmanteau of his first initial and last name. 

KANTIBUS started creating what would eventually become known as Drill or Trap Music, demonstrating expertise in both genres. 

As such, he is a pioneer of the "violent real life criminal" styles that exist still in the underground today.
