Tools & Strategies to Master Leadership + Manage Teams with John Stathakis Episode #46

"Mobiliser le travail, démobiliser les travailleurs. Politiques de production dans les entrepôts Amazon" 
Dans les régimes productifs capitalistes, employeurs et managers tachent à assurer l’effort des salariés tout en la rendant invisible (Burawoy 1978; 1979; 2011). Ma communication prolonge cette réflexion à la lumière d’une analyse comparée de deux entrepôts logistiques d’Amazon, un en en France (2000-2020) et un en Italie (2011-2020). Cependant elle essaie aussi d’estomper la dichotomie coercition/consentement et de privilégier le couple conceptuel mobilisation/démobilisation. Le management essaie constamment de mobiliser les salariés en tant que fournisseurs de force de travail et de les démobiliser politiquement en tant que sujets autonomes. Des configurations différentes se dégagent à
travers l’analyse comparée des deux cas, au fur et à mesure que le management ajuste ses stratégies aux contraintes spécifiques locales. Dans les deux cas toutefois, on constate que l’absence de conflits ouverts n’est pas tellement le résultat d’un supposé consentement construit spontanément à travers des «jeux» sur le lieu de travail quant d’un processus politique de mobilisation de l’effort des salariés (fondée sur la contrainte technique et économique) et de démobilisation politique (fondée sur la fragmentation des salariés dans le marché interne du travail et sur une domestication syndicale plus ou moins efficace).
