Morace Landy is a celebrated music industry veteran with a distinguished career that spans several decades. He owns his own artist development company, "Evolution3", where he has worked with multiple artists including Jay-Z, Missy Elliot, Babyface, and more! Morace's wife, Elaine,  currently serves as the Vice President and Wellness Director at Evolution3. She contributes to the overall health, productivity, and success of the artists her husband collaborates with at Evolution3.​​ They both join the show to talk about their journey in marriage as newlyweds, and to also discuss the significance of Black Music Month!
