NOTSOPAIA é um projeto de DJ e Produção Musical formado por Gabriel Soares e Ian Alcântara, naturais e residentes em Belo Horizonte/MG.

O conceito do “paia” surgiu em junho de 2024, entre um grupo de amigos que apreciam diferentes vertentes da música e que se reúnem com o simples propósito de ouvir, descobrir e compartilhar sons. Assim, Gabriel e Ian deram origem ao NOTSOPAIA, um duo que une pesquisa musical autêntica e preciosismo na elaboração de sets para criar experiências de pista únicas.Foi então que o duo passou a trilhar seu caminho pelos clubs da capital mineira, explorando sonoridades que permeiam o Indie Dance e o Tech House.
