The phrase "Church Hurt" has become a very common part of the conversation in regards to the various circles of Christian believers, among Catholics as well as Protestants. Abuse within the faith community is a very real phenomenon that can impair people for years to following the mishandling of their trust and loyalty. This is a discussion that needs to be both explored and put in proper context.
