We're so excited to share Yant's recording from our first party back after a long 18 month lockdown. 
We're proud to have witnessed Andy's journey to becoming an incredible DJ/ producer pushing a unique sound and continuing to put Manchester on the map where Techno in concerned. We consider ourselves privileged  to have played a part in his growth and don't need to tell you twice; he's one to watch out for. 

In his own words: 

"To end the year I wanted to share a special live recording from the first weekend back after the UK's lockdown. I played 2 hours for the Meat Free party here in Manchester, which if you don't know already, is a Manchester favourite. Run by an amazing crew of ladies who do a lot for the scene, and are super supportive, and close friends. This was an outdoor party, a sunny day, with everyone raring to go non stop, with a huge stack of F1's down a long outdoor tunnel... I was pretty happy with how the set went and definitely fed off the energy around that we could finally release after being cooked up inside. You can hear it on the recording, at points we mixed in the crowd noise, but didn't keep this through the whole set as the cheers & whistles didn't stop. Neither did the dancing 🕺 I will always have a memory of that day. It was special and at the city i'd call home. Enjoy x

Unilever have been named number one sustainability company worldwide for eight years straight. They manage to balance being one of the globe’s largest consumer goods companies, with products sold in around 190 counties, alongside being regularly called leader and pioneer.

 

So what is the secret sauce that makes this really work and keep working?

 

Meet Hanneke Faber – Unilever’s President of Foods & Refreshment and part of their Executive team – as she reveals all.

 

During our conversation Hanneke shares her personal journey with Unilever and why they have chosen to launch their ‘Future of Foods’ commitments now.

 

Grounded in the hard truth that food systems are broken, Hanneke and her teams are on a mission. Their aim is to:

 

•            Deliver €1 billion for annual plant-based meat and dairy alternative sales

•            Halve food waste in their direct global operations

•            Double the number of products that deliver positive nutrition globally

•            Whilst continuing to lower calorie, salt and sugar levels across all products.

 

Of the commitments Hanneke says: “They are a little bit scary; I am not sure how we will get there, but we will figure it out.”
