Everyone's jumping on the cannabis train now that its being legalized in many Countries and States World Wide,& in the essence of our population evolving itself and understanding how to use plant medicine to benefits themselves and each other this is all good News! However Whats misunderstood or often overseen in  cannabis culture is how the over glorification of consuming smoked cannabis in a non conscious way may not be the best way to use the medicine. You can choose to partake however you want,but doing the least amount of damage to your lungs and body temple is key if you want to raise your vibration and have cannabis teach you directly in a way where you actually incorporate its teachings into your everyday life.....Enjoy it however you do and enjoy it thoroughly ! But if your looking to take your smoke sessions or understanding of cannabis to a new spiritual height, its possible you may need to expand your horizons on how cannabis can be consumed and used for. For instance In Ancient India cannabis was more commonly ground up and mixed with supportive adaptogenic spices and made into spiritual healing drinks, these drinks like Bhang Lassis, were consumed with intentions to expand consciousness, to go deeper into yogic /Payer states, and to connect and commune with there deities and ancestors...and being consumed in a drink form this way with less of the bodies energies going into the recovery process for the damaged tissues and lungs after smoking, the more of the bodies energies will be redirected towards systemic balance and equilibrium in all areas, In other words you get a better (HIGH)& it more easily incorporates the Newly assimilated cannabinoids and finds balance and wholesomeness in the body without any disruption ( You feel good for much longer) . The less damage you do getting cannabis into your system,the more you will be rewarded through good health and numerous other favorable  benefits. Another issue to be addressed while speaking of over consumption of cannabis is the tolerance process, if you realize that developing a tolerance is bringing you less effects with herbal medicines,then take breaks in between use and allow the body to re sensitize itself to the plant medicine, that way you continue to receive the full potential of the plants healing effects upon your system and this also allows you to consume less herb over time as well , which helps most people in numerous ways (mainly financially).
SO if your tired of going broke trying to make yourself feel better smoking day after day and depleting your wallet then start growing your own Ganja and go deeper in life and your understanding and participation in it and learn how to take care of plants and that will in return take care of you! The more you learn, the more juice you can squeeze out of the fruits of life, it is the same with cannabis,the more you know how to maximize its healing potentials,the more you will receive healing from this miraculous plant! and that goes for all Plants and all things in LIFE!
