Badawan (Tsunami) is a multidimensional being of many names and forms, also known as Jolie Roger and Looping Louie.
Badawan grew up in the jungle and drum and bass scene, playing gigs as Jolie Roger for Tsunami and WCC. Helping to establish the infamouse Lost In Nature festival. Meanwhile his musical focuse transformed and is now meandering between psychedelic influenced Downtempo, santeria-sattelschlepperstep, galloping dancefloor soundscapes and dark progressiv sonic adventures.

Badawan moves between deep, psychedelic textures, hypnotic grooves, and driving rhythms. With a storyteller’s sense for flow, he guides the crowd from shadowy, progressive passages into bright, kaleidoscopic moments. Rooted in underground culture, his sound blends raw energy with fine detail and atmospheric depth – a mix of instinct and precision that lingers long after the last beat.
