Сет для танцевальной практики STOP Dance, можно делать самим дома или с другими, в любом удобном месте, достаточно выделить 2 часа, одеть повязку на глаза и довериться музыке. В сете вставлены в неожиданных местах звук "СТОП" от Ошо.

#STOP_Dance - это практика свободного танца с закрытыми глазами. Музыкальное путешествие по различным состояниям.
Когда звучит музыка мы танцуем как хочет наше тело, а когда неожиданно звучит "СТОП" мы останавливаемся, будто нас в момент заморозили, мы не совершаем абсолютно никаких движений и не издаём звуков. Наблюдаем что происходит внутри, наши ощущения тела, эмоции, мысли, дыхание, глаза закрыты и всё внимание внутри.... После музыка начинается и мы вновь открываем тело для движений, можно издавать звуки, но не разговаривать.
