Hello and welcome to the start of the next cycle of Mind Therapy Invites shows.

I'm really excited to start this project again, and I'm pleased to welcome brainbow to the first episode in this iteration of the guest mixes. He has provided an excellent mix, I'm sure you'll enjoy it. He's been djing for about 6 months, and has done a few live shows. His club debut is happening at Altered in Birmingham on the 31st May, and he has got a few other live sets on the way as well.

Track of the episode for me was Cendryma - Effective loss. What a fantastic track that is, and the cheeky throwback at the end is the rather excellent remix by Simon Doty of La Roux's in for the kill (I was lucky to hear him play it at Fabric when he was doing the B2B with marsh, it went off!)

Hey everyone! Originally born and raised in Portugal before moving to the US and now residing in Germany, I've always had an inclination towards club music as they used to call it. Right now, I'm just having a blast experimenting with DJ equipment at home for pure enjoyment such as Traktor PRO 4 and TRAKTOR KONTROL S4MK3. You can catch me streaming on my MixCloud and TikTok as well. Trance is my ultimate genre, and it's like my life mantra: Eat, Sleep, TRANCE, Repeat! Tune after Tune, Banger after Banger, 1 TRANCE. I'm primarily a hobbyist DJ with my favourite genres including Techno, House (tech and vocal), Trance and deeper sub-genres of each.  Any likes, shares or follows are much appreciate and encourage me to keep sharing my tunes for like-minded others.

I play the latest upfront tracks but still enjoy delving into the 90s and 00s classics too.  Take your pick from that era: Old Skool Hardcore, Trance, Hard House, Funky House, Vocal House and most of the other uplifting house and/or hard sub-genres.

I started my electronic musical journey in 2008. I used to run a radio show first on EM Radio, and then on Trance Energy Radio that used to showcase the latest in Tech, uplifting, and emotional trance.

Over the years I have moved to a more progressive sound, and during the first lockdown I started a Podcast called Mind Therapy Radio which is dedicated to progressive trance, and the deeper side of electronic music. I have played a number of live shows at Anjunalounge in Birmingham, as part of their DJ showcase evenings, and more recently with Craig O'Brien aka OBZ under our Progressive Sessions Project.

I made my club debut at the Hare & Hounds in Birmingham in August 24. I had a great time, and am looking forward to doing more.
