Summer Melody returns with a brand new installment of our Intertwines EP series, showcasing new and upcoming artists in a pair of two, and starting their own fusion towards the label. Our 14th installment includes two trance-oriented tracks, from label debutants hailing from Hungary and UK respectively.

An artist that has been releasing for over 14 years and on labels such as Nomads Music, Alveda, Redux, Silent Shore, Alter Ego and more, we welcome Joren Heelsing with the wonderful Ambiance! With trance being his main style, Ambiance provides a heavy beat with a synthy bassline, alongside with a melodic breakdown and atmospheric call-and-response elements. Definitely a stunning and powerful debut and an artist that needs attention!

The second half of the pairing debuts a brand new artist DTTS with The Royal Mile. DTTS, short for his name and his love on trance - David Thomas Trance Smith, has been working on other genres since the late 1980s. The Royal Mile marks the entry of this alias, as another power debut that infuses trance, progressive and Scotland - the connection with the traditional bagpipe performance and the title of The Royal Mile. It is also remarkable that David provide a two-way experience, with the DJ friendly and beat-heavy extended version and a lighter original version, to provide a different listening experience on different occasions, yet both accompanied with the verbal deliverance by Andrei Belutin.

We hope you enjoy this powerful pair of label debutants on the Intertwines series, with Joren Heelsing and DTTS!

From Djn in Edinburgh in the early 2000s to Australia, i am now setting my sights on producing uplifting melodic dance that i hope will bring a smile to your face and bounce to your step.

Leeds based Trance DJ Michael Cooper has been tearing up the dancefloors for over a decade now with his high energy sets which take the dancefloor on a musical rollercoaster. Michael has been playing various Electronic Dance Music for almost 15 years building a solid reputation in the local area, playing alongside other respected DJ's not just with his choice of tracks, but his mixes build a smooth and evolving set that flows through the night, leaving a positive impression on partygoers.
Michael turned his focus back to Trance, a musical genre that sits close to his heart. Having grown up through the Trance boom in the late 90's, influenced by artists such as Paul van Dyk, Tiesto, Above & Beyond & Armin van Buuren, he now uses his vast DJ experience combined with his detailed knowledge of the scene, along with a large collection of tunes and his passion and love for the music to bring his energy to new dancefloors.
In 2018 Michael made his debut in Ibiza playing alongside respected Passion DJ JFK at the Connect Ibiza event to add to his experience in the UK, with more events to come, we’re sure!
He has also several years of radio experience having learnt Radio presenting right here in Leeds at Galaxy 105, and hosted internet radio shows with shows more recently produced on his own streaming platform.
Michael heads into a new chapter of his broadcasting career bringing his uplifting and melodic sound to the LDC Radio Audience

Artist Biography – Dhelick
Dhelick is a passionate DJ and music producer whose talent and dedication have made him a rising name in the electronic music scene. His journey began with a DJ course offered by 97 FM, taught by the renowned DJ Banz and Tom Hoppinks. It was during this time that his interest in music transformed into a deep passion.

Inspired by the energy of beats and the art of mixing, Dhelick quickly realized he wanted to go beyond the dance floors. Driven by the desire to create his own sonic identity, he immersed himself in the world of music production. He learned to produce his own tracks and remixes, experimenting with sounds and developing a unique and captivating style.

Since then, Dhelick has been dedicated to perfecting his craft and exploring new possibilities within electronic music. His work reflects not only his creativity but also his relentless pursuit of innovation and high-quality sound. Whether on stage or in the studio, Dhelick continues to carve out his path with authenticity and passion, gaining more recognition and admirers in the electronic music scene.

PJB is an emerging DJ and producer from Dortmund. His energetic sound moves between trance and industrial techno. In addition to his own releases, he regularly shares mixtapes on SoundCloud and YouTube.

Several of his tracks have been premiered on the label BANGKIT and Underzone. With continuous releases and mixes, he is expanding his presence on platforms like Spotify and Apple Music.

Welcome to a journey through Uplifting and Emotional trance throughout the years to the present day. Regular episodes,including  reposts of my Lifes Uplifting Trance Journey show with Kaori, plus Rewinds, classic and special episodes,and with the occasional guest mix also featured.
