Over many years of songwriting in a number of bands, a huge pool of unused and partially rejected material accumulated. I thought it was a shame to let this material die, because a lot of love, passion and time went into it. At some point I began to collect this unpublished material from various sources such as old tapes, DAW-projects, rehearsal room recordings, tablature, etc. and listen to it again and again. Since I still really liked a lot of it and, with the exception of my main band “Here I Vanish”, all of the bands, some of them quite successful, were gone, I decided to finally release my music on my own. And, as the last survivor, what name would be more apt than “Where Giants Fall I Rise”.

Devils Rage sind eine 2008 gegründete Metal-Kapelle aus Sursee, die sich stilmässig im Bereich Melodic Death Metal bewegen, aber trotzdem sehr eigenständig klingen. Harte und groovige Parts wechseln sich mit melodiösen und rhythmischen Sequenzen ab.

Im Frühling 2012 erschien die erste Studio-EP, im Frühjahr 2015 präsentierten die Jungs dann ihr erstes komplettes Album. Anfang 2018 folgte dann das nächste Full-Length-Album. Im Frühling 2023 gelang es endlich mit einer 12-tägigen Europa-Tournee, bei welcher Devils Rage u.a. die Black-/Death Metal 
Legenden von BELPHEGOR supporten konnte.

Im Oktober 2024 erschien endlich das neue Album «RESISTANCE». Im Sinne von «Back to the Roots» wurde es, wie seinerzeit die erste EP bei Sebi im SOS Basement Studio in Oberentfelden aufgenommen. Es wurden zehn neue melodisch-groovige Death Metal Songs geschrieben, die nur darauf warten, dem Publikum live um die Ohren gehauen zu werden. Devils Rage sind auf jeden Fall bereit, mit ihrem neuen Album im Gepäck die Bühnen zu betreten und schweisstreibende, intensive Shows zu spielen!
