Az MNB Arts and Culture és a Várkert Bazár együttműködésében megvalósuló kiállítás a tudományos szemléletű kortárs alkotók tevékenységét járja körbe. Így a nagyívű válogatás egyúttal az MNB Arts and Culture gyűjtemény tudományos gócpontjait is megvilágítja, vagyis azokat a művészeket helyezi középpontba, akiket az interdiszciplináris megközelítés jellemez, például a mérnöki-építészeti, az informatikai-matematikai, vagy fizikai stb. tudományágak. A néző ekképpen dupla tárlatot kap, egyfelől megismerheti az 1960-as évek végétől napjainkig a hazai szcéna kulcsalakjait, másfelől a tudományos megközelítéseket művészeti átiraton keresztül vizsgálhatja.
