Kurz mutig sein

Ça fait plus de 10 ans que j'y pense, ça fait plus de 10 ans que je me demande quelle légitimité je pourrais avoir à raconter mon histoire. Ça fait plus de 10 ans que j'ai envie de me mettre à l'écriture et que je n'y arrive pas... Alors pourquoi pas à mon tour me lancer dans le podcast, briser le silence de l'incestuel, continuer à parler de l'inceste, bref , parler, parler, toujours parler, libérer la parole me semble être la seule solution pour pouvoir avancer, poser des mots sur nos maux, raconter nos histoires. De la maltraitance physique et de la maltraitance psychologique, pour essayer de vivre au lieu de survivre, pour lutter contre notre désir de mort, pour vous dire à toustes que vous pouvez aussi raconter vos histoires... Pour nous libérer des emprises, des abus de pouvoir sur notre psyché et sur nos corps. Continuons à briser le silence à coups de hache, de pelle, de podcast, de chansons, de récits, d'écriture. Finalement on n'en parleras jamais assez ...
