Rosario Robles, en sus gardenias, consideró que la Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos (CIDH) emitió una sentencia, el pasado 27 de enero, en la que ordena a México modificar la Constitución y las leyes secundarias para eliminar el arraigo y prisión preventiva, explicó. Ante ello, el Estado mexicano reconoció parcialmente su responsabilidad internacional por la violación de los derechos que la CIDH identificó como violados en un informe en donde se firmó un acta de entendimiento por parte de la autoridad y de las víctimas del caso en cuestión, añadió.
