Welcome to the fourth edition of Weekend Sessions.

In this session, I take a trip down memory lane and revisit the beautiful trance classics that built the foundation for my EDM passion.

I've got an Above and Beyond bootleg, a Dash Berlin remix, familiar songs from Solarstone, Ridgewalkers, PPK, and Mike Foyle, 
a personal bootleg mashup of Turn it On by Woody van Eyden and Alex MORPH, and probably my favorite trance song of all time by Armin van Buuren.

But first, this is Paul van Dyk's classic, the track that introduced me to trance.

No Time To Be Sad #052 [December 08, 2024]

My journey to producing started in 1997 with Impulse Tracker, it's was my hobby  to fill up my free time, it is still my hobby, but don't have much time to do it.
Now using Fruity Loops and trying to fulfill any inspirational idea that got in my head, mostly from time that got me into EDM and trance

Matt Dawson is a Melbourne born DJ and producer. He lives for the music and puts his heart and soul into every production and set he records and uploads for your listening pleasure. Starting back in 2005 he did some uni gigs and word of mouth house parties, birthdays and weddings. But in 2008 having not ever really lost his love for Trance & Progressive, he put out a demo mix and gave it to Mark James of Future Entertainment. Fast forward to 2020, where Matt has played at a number of major events after parties, has played many a gig at Room680 and has been on the same bill with some of his idols including Sean Tyas, Judge Jules, Roger Shah, Super 8 & Tab and Above & Beyond. 

Now in its 9th year, his show Transcend is still an ongoing labour of love, where he might do a Tribute set one week, full uplifting the next or his favourite melodic trance & progressive. 

Music is Matt's passion and lifelong love, feel free to follow him in this marvellous adventure of creativity and sound.

Driving from the melodies & percs inspired from various parts of this Planet,Arpit Paliwal a.k.a Pal-E has made his way in the Music scene in his o​wn rage. This brilliant producer brings out music that drives wavelengths of every spectrum. Been an important part of the musical shifts of Rajasthan,his music is appreciated by many big wigs of the music industry.At the moment Pal-E is based in “Jaipur” the musically rich city. Playing at several venues countrywide and sharing stages with big names like Guy J , Khen , Sahar Z , Guy Mantzur Hernan Cattaneo,Kohra,Ankytrixx,Bullzeye and many more top names in the industry.Now he is ready to share his music with wider audience Worldwide. With many Releases coming out on respected music labels such as A.H Digital,Genesis Music and Mystic Carousel Records.His music is climbing the Beatport Top 100 Charts in a very short time.
