D. 23 juni afholdes der Jyllands stærkeste Mand/Kvinde 2024 på Lillehøjvej i Silkeborg. Det er den lokale forening Strongman Horsens i Silkeborg, som står bag løbet. For at blive klogere på sporten havde Michelle besøg i studiet af deltager Mille, samt arrangør og formand Michael mandag i Silkeborgs Bedste Morgen.
