In het kader van het thema ‘Waarheid’ van Boeddhistisch Geluid brengen we een door AI begeleide meditatie. Dit betekent dat de meditatie-ervaring wordt gefaciliteerd door kunstmatige intelligentie, oftewel een geavanceerd computerprogramma dat in staat is om menselijke taal en intenties te begrijpen en hierop te reageren.

🤖 Als experiment -met een knipoog- hebben we gebruikgemaakt van deze geavanceerde technologie om een meditatiescript met de stem van Joost te genereren. Deze benadering opent wellicht nieuwe mogelijkheden voor meditatiebegeleiding maar zal zeker ook veel vragen en gevoelens oproepen.

🗣️ Deze meditatie wordt kort ingeleid door 'de echte Joost' en hij zal ook de meditatie afsluiten. We reflecteren samen op de prikkelende vraag: wat is nog de rol van traditionele leraren als AI je met een volledig menselijk klinkende stem kan begeleiden?
