As part of our celebrations marking Pete & Lee working together regularly for over 20 years, we’re putting on another of our vinyl only parties which was hands down our favorite party of 2023!
We were very fortunate to have lived throughout the 90s from a record collecting perspective, and a genre that we are so passionate about seems to be having a real renaissance with the new breed of Disco DJ’s!
That whole American sound had everything! Tough beats, beautiful chord structures, incredible vocals, dirty dubs, gut churning bass. In short, it was music with feeling!
House music seems to be lacking in soul somewhat these days so if you attended Pete’s birthday last November, you know you’re in for a real treat! We were bowled over with the turnout and atmosphere to say the least!

Pete Bromley has been Stoke On Trent's top House DJ since 1989 and it has been an interesting and varied journey for him! Resident DJ at Stoke's first successful Underground Dance night 'Introspective' back in 1989 he went on to play at the infamous Shelleys Laserdome as well as other influential clubnights across the UK. Pete's next residency was to be at the Freetown in Hanley which would see him play alongside DJ's like Sasha & Dave Seaman. This would become the stepping stone to his next residency, the legendary Golden. Pete was the main resident DJ at Golden for an amazing 11 years which saw him play with the worlds biggest DJ's bar none. During this time he played many guest appearances at places such as Cream, Renaissance, Ministry Of Sound and DJ magazine listed him as one of the most popular resident DJ's in the world, resulting in his Essential Mix live on Radio 1 alongside Pete Tong at Sankeys in 1996. Quite an accolade seeing as he has never bolstered his career with international gigs, remixes or a recording career as 99% of producer/DJ's do these days. After Golden's demise In 2003, Pete then went on to become one of the resident DJ's at Satchmo's which has now become part of Stoke clubbing folkelore and his position has been cemented over the last years as resident DJ for the Move and their parties at The Sugarmill, Spode Warehouse & The Underground  playing alongside Jamie Jones, Patrick Topping, Solardo, Skream, Annie Mac, Derrick Carter, Pete Tong, MK, Todd Terry, Seth Troxler, The Martinez Brothers, Steve Lawler, Hot Since 82, Eats Everything, Darius Syrossian,Micheal Bibi, Alan Fitzpatrick, wAFF,  Dimitri From Paris, Kenny Dope, Low Steppa, Dan Shake amongst dozens of House musics elite. You can catch Pete at Back In The Day, Blue Collar Disco & Move events @ The Underground/Sugarmill Hanley, Stoke On Trent to see for yourself why he's been at the top of his game for all these years and still going strong!

I see my self as a conductor that loves to play music and take people on a journey, make them dance, expose new music and play different versions of songs from producers that many have not heard before. Deep in the electronic trenches is where I explore and forage for fresh beats, I carefully select sounds that have that sense of euphoria I have experienced on a very intimate level. This has given me the desire to replicate and share the vibrations that maneuver throughout the dance floor tickling at just the right frequency.

multi Genre DJ, been Djing since the 90s. First started out listening to Happy Hardcore back in the early 90s from the likes of Stu Allan on his radio show then of to the record shop to try & get the tunes that had been heard. After listening to various DJs like Dougal, Hixxy, SY, Slipmatt just to name a few this got me wanting to know & how to learn to mix, my first pair of decks were soundlab belt drives, then when I had enough money I moved onto Gemini Direct Drives & was loving Mixing. A big influence for me has to be the legend that is DJ Brisk, every mix I’ve ever heard has been flawless, fast & full of energy, always loved his style of mixing & scratching as it’s so unique to any other DJ I’ve heard, the likes of listening to DJ Qbert, Hype & DJ SY got me into learning to scratch as it just adds that extra element which is different & when mastered can bring a mix to life with that little extra oomff! then towards the end of 99 got into Hard House & Trance. Around 2005 I took a break from Djing due to work & family then when lockdown happened got back into again & got an upgrade to some Audio Technica Direct Drives & some Kam CDJs as I wanted to touch on Digital Mixing but Vinyl will always be my first love & my go to over Digital. I’ve always had self doubt & not much confidence which is probably a big reason why I’ve never pushed myself to go any further, I’ve done one small club back at the end of 99 & in the early 00s did a set at an event in Leeds which was a disaster as there were no stylus’s on the turntables but luckily my friend was doing a set & lent me his folder of CDs to just wing a mix together. I would love the opportunity to play at an event again one day, anyways I Will be adding all mixes past & present, I hope you enjoy the tunes & mixes, if u do plz give me a follow to hear more.

Elliot, born in Barcelona, is an emerging DJ between Barcelona and Girona who has been playing multiple genres within electronic music since 2016. In his career he has performed in renowned clubs in the city such as City Hall, Pacha, M7 and Macarena Club, among others.

Currently, his sets can combine from the purest and freshest House to the most powerful and dark Tech House dosed with Electro and Bass, but ultimately are the groovy sounds which he is most identified with.

It is because Elliot adopts his first name as his artistic name to bring his very own essence and passion for music to the booth, which he undoubtedly delivers to the crowd through his technical skills and versatility on the decks, allowing him to connect with the dancefloor from the very first minute.
