The Rugby Odds: How To Beat Boks, Champions Cup, Schedule Farce, Etzebeth Legacy, Bath, Stormers

Origines et débuts de Kobra
Né et grandi dans un environnement où la rue, la débrouille et la musique se mêlent, Kobra découvre très tôt sa passion pour le rap.
Dès son plus jeune âge, il est profondément influencé par les grandes figures du rap français telles que Lunatic, Rohffou encore NTM, dont il admire la force des textes, l’attitude sans concession et la musicalité brute.
À seulement dix ans, animé par cette passion naissante, il commence à écrire ses premiers textes et à enregistrer ses propres morceaux avec son ami Skyzo. Le matériel est rudimentaire – un baladeur MP3 et un poste cassette – mais l’envie et la créativité suffisent à alimenter leur détermination.
Après une pause de quelques années, la vie les réunit à nouveau, ravivant l’étincelle de l’écriture chez Kobra. Malgré quelques démêlés judiciaires qui compliquent sa trajectoire, il ne lâche pas le stylo et continue à perfectionner son art, notamment aux côtés de son grand frère, qui l’encourage et le pousse à aller plus loin.
Formation de Ghetto Army
En 2012, fort de son expérience personnelle et de sa volonté de créer un mouvement plus large, Kobra fonde le groupe Ghetto Army.
Il repère Akman grâce à un freestyle marquant et décide de lui proposer de rejoindre l’aventure. Le duo s’agrandit brièvement avec Psykolivo, mais ce dernier quitte rapidement l’aventure, laissant Kobra et Akman former le noyau dur et définitif du groupe.
Avec cette nouvelle énergie, ils enregistrent plusieurs morceaux et préparent le projet Masakr Lyrikal 1. Malheureusement, le studio où ils travaillent ferme ses portes fin 2012, interrompant brutalement leur élan avant que le projet n’ait pu véritablement voir le jour.
Projets solo et trilogie
Loin de se décourager, Kobra rebondit. Lorsque le studio réouvre fin 2013, il se relance pleinement et prépare Masakr Lyrikal 2, qui sort à la mi-2014. Parmi les titres, le morceau Billets Violets en featuring avec Okalm attire une certaine attention et circule sur internet, offrant à Kobra une première reconnaissance au-delà de son cercle proche.
À partir de 2015, il s’engage dans une ambitieuse trilogie musicale :
Première Sommation (2015), avec la participation de plusieurs invités de qualité tels qu’Akman, Okalm, Pear et Vivy Biff.
En 2016, fort d’une meilleure qualité sonore et d’un travail plus structuré, il compose et enregistre l’introduction de Deuxième Sommation, qui paraîtra en novembre 2017 et consolidera son identité artistique.
Enfin, il garde en ligne de mire la réalisation d’un troisième volet, avec l’idée de clore un cycle créatif qui le définit profondément.
Silences, retours et projets récents
Après une période de retrait, Kobra fait un retour remarqué fin 2018 avec le freestyle #JAF6, suivi d’un morceau hors-série intitulé #TLM1. Ces parutions ponctuelles confirment qu’il reste bien présent dans le paysage, prêt à rebondir.
En 2020, il poursuit sur cette lancée avec #TLM2, nouvelle preuve de sa constance et de sa détermination.
En avril de la même année, il annonce officiellement la sortie d’un nouvel album, Toujours Le Même, disponible le 10 juillet 2020. Ce projet, plus introspectif et personnel, marque un véritable tournant dans sa carrière. Kobra y dévoile une facette plus intime de son vécu, abordant des thématiques profondes avec maturité.
L’année suivante, en 2021, il franchit une étape symbolique et artistique majeure : la sortie de l’album Exécution, présenté comme l’ultime volet de sa trilogie. Sorti le 18 novembre 2021, ce projet ambitieux se distingue par sa richesse musicale, mêlant les styles, les flows et les univers explorés tout au long de son parcours. Exécution est une synthèse, une rétrospective artistique mais aussi une nouvelle ouverture, où Kobra affirme définitivement son identité, son authenticité et sa capacité à évoluer sans jamais renier ses racines.
2022 – 2025 : Nouveaux horizons
Après avoir marqué les esprits avec Exécution, Kobra prépare le retour de son groupe Ghetto Army aux côtés d’Akman. Ensemble, ils travaillent sur un album commun très attendu : Effet Papillon.
Ce projet promet de combiner leurs univers respectifs et de proposer une atmosphère sombre, réaliste et percutante. Parmi les morceaux déjà annoncés, “La Mentale” et “Nerveux” s’imposent comme de véritables manifestes de leur style : technique, sans filtre et profondément ancrés dans la réalité de leur vécu.
En parallèle de cette aventure collective, Kobra n’oublie pas sa trajectoire personnelle. Fidèle à son envie de se réinventer tout en restant authentique, il prépare également un nouveau projet solo, annoncé comme un retour imminent. Ce projet à venir laisse présager une évolution artistique, où il continuera à explorer ses thématiques de prédilection tout en y ajoutant de nouvelles sonorités et une maturité artistique encore plus affirmée.
⚡ Avec Effet Papillon en commun et un retour solo en préparation, Kobra prouve qu’il n’a jamais cessé d’avancer. L’histoire continue de s’écrire, et son univers, toujours plus sombre, puissant et authentique, ne cesse de s’étendre.
