A whispered beginning. Verona sleeps under soft shadows, unaware of the fate preparing to awaken. Minimalist ambient textures and fragile vocals introduce the inner Juliet — the quiet heartbeat before the tragedy.

“Juliet in You” is a chamber opera in twelve scenes inspired by the eternal tragedy of Romeo and Juliet — not as a retelling, but as an inner journey. This album is not about Verona. It is about the Juliet that lives inside every soul that dares to love.

From the sleeping city to the garden after rain, this work follows the fragile path of love, sacrifice, loss, and quiet rebirth. Minimalist neoclassical textures, ambient shadows, whisper-vocals, and cinematic silence weave together a living трагедия of the heart.

This is not a story you listen to.
This is a story you feel happening inside you.

Juliet in You

Prologue - Verona Sleeps

This opening movement explores the evolution of musical order into rhythmic complexity. It begins with a dedicated nod to the Baroque era, introducing a theme heavily inspired by Bach (with a brief quote from the 4th Brandenburg Concerto). As the piece develops, the motive morphs, shifting time and texture until it arrives at a driving, Stravinsky-esque passage. It is a journey from the mathematically divine to the rhythmically primal. A symphonic testament born from love, loss, and unbreakable devotion.

This work expands the original piano piece into a full orchestra — a vast emotional landscape shaped by the moment the composer’s beloved black cat suddenly lost her sight.
What began as a single surge of emotion has blossomed into a symphony that declares:

Even when vision fades, the dignity of life, the right to joy, and the pursuit of happiness remain unshaken.

Throughout the piece, the orchestra breathes with warmth and resolve.
In the swelling central movement, listen for the pulse of life — a driving, almost trot-inspired surge — representing a vow to stay together forever, through every darkness and light, carried by infinite love.

This is more than a symphony.
It is a voice beyond hearing, a sight beyond seeing — a cry from the soul to honor all living beings, seen or unseen.

Let this piece whisper to you:

The Boy With The Broken Greenhouse is an emotive and minimalist modern classical piece by composer Jeremias Langsämmer.

Taken from the conceptual album 12 Minutes—an exploration of brief, intense musical moments—this track, like the others, lasts exactly 90 seconds.

The composition is built around a captivating, repeating ostinato phrase featuring pizzicato strings and piano. Over this rhythmic and hypnotic foundation, Langsämmer delicately adds an embroidered melody for piano and a rich counter-line for cello. It's a perfect blend of minimalism and emotional neoclassical composition.

In 1998, pianist and composer Bruno Sanfilippo, along with his wife Ximena Contreras, established their own record label, ad21, as a haven for their creative expression. Since then, ad21 has released over 30 solo and collaborative albums in digital and physical formats, solidifying its position as a cornerstone of the neoclassical music scene.
In 2024, ad21 embarked on an ambitious new venture by opening its doors to pianists worldwide, broadening its platform and artistic outreach. Collaborating with Javier Guglielmi, ad21 aims to foster a record label specializing in neoclassical music, with a particular focus on solo piano performances.
Their vision for ad21 is to create a nurturing environment where artists can discover a supportive community and access the resources necessary to maximize their musical potential.

Manuel Zito begins playing piano at the age of five. In 2002, he also dedicates himself to listen and play "non-classical" music too. He graduates at the Conservatory "S. Pietro a Majella" of Naples in 2012 and starts to play with different band around Italy. He startes to study Composition for soundtrack and attends “Music for film Lab” in July 2017 at Experimental Cinematographic Center (CSC) of Rome. His passion for Nordic-European music (Olafur Arnalds, Johann Johansson, Nils Frahm) leads him to record his first album at the "Sundlaugin Studio" in Mosfellsbær (Iceland) in August 2017, Sigur Ros' recording studio. It’s released on 27th April 2018, by Memory Recordings.

In 2021 records second album in Forum Studios (Rome), where Ennio Morricone recorded a lot of his beautiful soundtracks.

Founded by Jez Stephen, who incepted all the projects, the label has released over 30 albums, crafting a unique sonic identity across genres.
