The Circle of Nasty Molecules

Bloom is sequencing Chord v2, chord CV goes into v/oct and melody into Chord's lead input. The chords go through a low pass filter and that's about it. The melody is split into two paths, one excites Rings and then goes through a low pass filter. The other stays relatively clean, which is sent via mult to Monsoon as well as a FX Aid on a clocked delay algorithm. Both of these also get smashed together along with CV I have modulating Chord's wave tables from NLC Helvetica Scenario and Neuron which provides the glitched out degraded mess at the end. I use Pam's to modulate the root input on Bloom's lead, and Zlob Diode Chaos wiggles the Chord's low pass. Everything else I modulated with my disgusting human fingers, mostly just the other LPG cutoff, Ring's brightness/damp/position, Monsoon's reverb/feedback/etc, and wet/dry on the delay. I might slap some Apollo 11 moon mission chatter in the background because this gives me space vibes but it's 0545 and I should be sleeping.

"Dune Flower" is a evolutive piece of music with some style mutations. I hope you'll like it.

I'm still struggling with the love/hate situation with the Moog Subharmonicon ;) I do love Moog sound and Subharmonicon is my only instrument from them. I find it pretty hard to produce something that i really like, I probably need more practice to wrap my head around it.

Abandoned Machines I (Dark Ambient Soundscape)

A cinematic and ambient track made with modular synthesizer. Great for relaxing or boardgame sessions with long adventures across wide-open spaces.

This patch is entirely self-playing. At no point during this recording did a human hand touch the synthesizer.

Continuing my astronomical series, Perihelion earth/sun represent the closest distance between those two objects. Because yes, we are constantly traveling through space at 107.000 Km/h, the sun is rotating the center of the galaxy at 850.000 Km/h and our galaxy is traveling at about 630Km/s.
