Here's an instrumental from 2007 that I've reworked with added syntths and vocals.  Turning into a folky bittersweet song of lost love and damning realisations.

Personal Space

The last track for the remake of 2004's 'A Quiet Place'.  Original called 'Sunday Nights'.  I normally stick with the original song title, but I particularly like the vocal sample in here.  saying 'Pretty LIttle Eyes'.  

Because is sounds like it 'Pretty Little Lies'.  And some work I'm doing at the moment is abbout people being 'Pretty Unrealistic'.   The original track was 9 mins long, and the remake was cut to it.  Thankfully for everyone, here's it cut back to a slightly more manageable 6 1/2 minutes!! hahaha.

Diabholik was born on May 3rd, 1977, in Mulhouse, France. As his interest
and talent was soon discovered in music, his passion was immediately drawn
to electronic music composition, specifically in the genres of Minimal and Tech-
House and eventually to Techno.

Soon enough he turned to DJing and his sets were heavily influenced by the
likes of Richie Hawtin, Magda, Gaiser, Troy Pierce and Marc Houle, Spektre, and
Umek.

In 2009, Diabholik’s first major production, “The Underground Sound Of Besac”
sent a massive wave in the underground Techno community of eastern France
and reaching even Germany.
The recognition of this production and the ones that followed, earned Diab his
first residency at club Corail.

After that his name and profile in France only grew amongst his peers and Diabholik
began playing regularly on radio shows such as the Campus Radio Besancon
and at various venues such as The Cube, Course Of the Miracles, and The Club
Mez.
Being able to play at such clubs, he was fortunate enough to share the decks
with big names such as Popof and Julian Jeweil to name a few.

2011 is definitely going to be the year for Diabholik as he breaks into the international
Techno community having recently won the first place for Brood Audio’s remix
contest of Erphun & Subfractal’s “Substance Abuse”

You can be sure to expect a lot more from France’s own Diabholik!

love the dark, sad, experimental and hazy side of things, hypnotic loops and damaged sounds. massive horror geek. not without a sense of humour. partner in crime with Shelley and Loren.

if you're questioning why or how i'm able to upload on a frequent basis, simply put - i have A LOT of time on my hands at this point in my existence, a wealth of music/sounds to draw upon, and a decent collection of software to make things (e.g. both the synth and fx arturia vst collections). i'm not just auto-generating ai pieces ad nauseum, at the same time i have nothing against using ai in the creative process, but not as an outright replacement for creation. i really think the witch hunt over it all is a bit ridiculous, fueled by the greed pig corporate media companies mostly. 

one thing i've learned about making at least a little bit of money from streaming my music beyond measley penny scraps, i have to upload frequently and i've been experimenting with reuploading/reposting my tracks for better play counts (for now), if even it only results in cutting costs.
