Taken from the 1st Episode of the 2nd season of the series The X-Files in Portugal, which was an American science fiction television series created by Chris Carter, and shown between September 10, 1993 and May 19, 2002, on the North American channel Fox.
The cut and edited sound of this episode (Little Green Men) in which the character Mulder, played by actor David Duchovny, questions actor Jorge Conception, played if I'm not mistaken by actor Mike Gomez, about the fear that terrified him; For me, it was the most striking thing during my puberty when I, like many others around the world, began almost religiously to follow the series on TV and to have more interest in the occult and the paranormal. This episode was not only remarkable because I consider it the best and most essential of what the series represents on a fictional and real level for the entire paranormal world and often inexplicable to science. And the soundtrack is truly extraordinary throughout the episode, creating an enormous emotional charge in the viewer, even if we weren't talking about composer Mark Snow. Regarding the soundtrack, the scene itself starts to leave us breathless and expresses well the fear and the frightening moment that the character is going through, the feeling almost becomes apocalyptic and, as the soundtrack ends, chilling. Being a fan of terrifying sounds as I have already been able to prove in my tracks such as "One Minute Before You Die", "The Black Ghost" or "The Bermuda Triangle!; I wasn't supposed to mess with other people's music as I often did when I started creating mashups, bootlegs, Edits before producing and composing my songs; but this was stronger than me, and I had to give it life again with my own touch-ups... and this was the result!
