Multi Culti seasonal balance series continues with Equinox II

The EP kicks off with a beautiful balearic gem from Italian musician Umberto Vitiello paired up with the amazing Donato Dozzy. It’s a spellbinding journey, one sure to be cherished by Tuluminatti ‘ritual’ DJs as well as authentic shamans around the world.

Flip it over for the funky, badass bassy bounce of the mighty Diegors, a name not heard enough since his glory days on early Comeme. He’s back in top form and this one is an effortlessly cool slice of groove.

Next up, Multi Culti wizard Nicola Cruz delivers a breaks mix of previous cult single Aima. It’s a wiggly modular fun-fest that showcases his endless evolutionary bloom as a super-producer.

Finally, a brand new project from Brazil’s Philippi (of Deewee and Fatnotronic fame). Ubaruh is an anthem designed for Mexican nu-disco dancers. Pinche funky disco!

With releases on the likes of Hard Fist, Calypso, Get Physical and Playground, Argentina's Balam finally drops his first full artist EP on Multi Culti, a label where his blend of tribal percussion with folkloric samples and modular synth riffs couldn't be more at home. These five trippy sub-120-bpm tracks invoke spine-shaking trance without resorting to the generic tropes of PSY. Mid-tempo ritual chuggers sure to send psychedelically-inclined clubbers into chakra-raising ecstasies, while converting at least a few listeners as-yet-uninitiated in the cult of 'organic house'.

Rogier Sebastian is a music producer from Holland and one of the founders of the open platform DJ-Friday. He presents range of sounds to the public from Psy-Dub to Ketapop also known as Bummeltechno or Slowhouse. Besides his solo performance of house and deep tech music under the name Lesley Moore, he is part of the melodic techno trio “Spoof”. In addition, Rogier is also involved in the duo “Dub Salute” with the production of Dub/Reggae and chill out music. The Dutch DJ has performed on various music festivals and events such as Psy-Fi, Burning Man “Where The Sheep Sleep”, Living Village Festival as well as Mandala Festival.

The turtle totem wisdom teaches us about walking our path in peace and sticking to it with determination and serenity. Slow moving on earth, yet also incredibly fast and agile in water, those who have the turtle as totem or spirit animal may be encouraged to take a break in their busy lives and look around or within themselves for more grounded, long-lasting solutions. Traditionally, the turtle is symbolic of the way of peace, whether it’s inviting us to cultivate peace of mind or a peaceful relationship with our environment.

The turtle symbolism is characterized by the association with the Earth and earth symbols of groundedness and patience:
