Depuis de nombreuses années les arts visuels, l'accompagnement de cours et la composition musicale me permettent de tisser une grande complicité avec la danse.
L'envie est venue de faire ce premier disque pour les cours, les ateliers chorégraphiques et plus encore ...
J'ai essayé de trouver un espace commun, inclassable et au plus proche des sensations éprouvées dans mon corps de musicien face à celui des danseurs.

Daniel worked to weave within the loud wash of sounds to add beauty to the soundtrack for Keiko's piece.  I was lucky to work with both amazing artists.

"The Angel Peri" by Chiaki Yamazaki:
This piece was composed for a 7-minute ballet about the Persian angel Péri. The story begins with her sadness over the conflicts and suffering of humanity. Determined to bring peace, Péri decides to teach the world how to live in harmony. Though humans are initially uncertain, they eventually embrace her teachings and find happiness. The world celebrates her and thanks her for the peace she has brought, before Péri returns to heaven.

この曲は、7分のバレエのために作曲しました。物語は、イランの天使ペリが人間の争いや苦しみに悲しむところから始まります。そして彼女は世界に平和を教えることを決意します。最初は不安な人々も、やがて彼女の教えを受け入れ、幸せを感じるようになります。最後に、ペリは人々の感謝を受けて、天に帰ります。

For 22 years, he has had a special relationship with dance.The collection "The Dance (Inside)" conceived as musical creations but also intended for dance workshops gives to hear its particular musical signature.

Composer of Choral and instrumental music. I am drawn to echoey spaces and cinematic music that accompanies the moment.

I’m a composer and sound artist based in Canada, with experience collaborating internationally across music, dance, film, and multimedia projects. My work often explores the intersection of organic, electronic, and analog sound, creating immersive textures and emotional soundscapes.

Much of my background is in composing for contemporary dance and performance, but my music is also well-suited for film, television, and visual media. I’m always open to new collaborations and opportunities to place my work in soundtracks and creative productions.
 
I love making textures and sound and have mixed for many artists over the years.  I love working with soundscapes and will probably create some more soundscapes when I have the time as I love the amalgamation of organic with electronic and analog sounds. I love all types of music and am open to listening to most types but my true love are the masters of their instruments as I could never be like that - and I am well aware of the gift special people are given.
