“Melancholy” is a good word to describe this song. Like rooms in a house, WUTHERING HEIGHTS has many.  Life can be very sad and lonely, especially as we age. The memories of our youth fade as we become old. Real horror for me is growing old losing my mind. vThus, the song is about that and the weirdness that comes with it, and the sadness when you lose someone to the horrible disease of dementia.

I realize as far as Dark Music is concerned, this is lightweight.  For me, it’s all about melody and how a song makes you feel
and it only matters if you like it! 

Music description: Wuthering Heights has many sections: rhythmic pizzicato strings play a motif to relaxed tempo and 4/4 beat continues mostly throughout. 2nd motif, is sad sounding. Verse: somber piano jazz melody; sad motif returns. The next room strings play bass melody while golden sounds slide down the walls; synth chords are squeezed to a string pluck. Piano with reverb go from dark-to-clear and sounds bounce around in light reverb when the evil organ plays sad horror chords. Enter the Dubstep Bass keys to symbolize what I’m really feeling.
