In this video I share a personal story from my early years in which I struggled with my identity with regard to my hair.  Of course, I elaborated by sharing some additional information regarding the condition of the black community due to the young people no longer listening to their elders like they did when I was growing up.

It is my sincere prayer that we once again adopt the principles of respecting and reverence for our elders.  It is vital to rebuild our communities throughout the African diaspora.

GRIOT self-taught himself how to produce his own tracks in 2019 after been captivated by the afro house tracks coming from SA and Hampton Brown's motivation.
