A memorable night in the magical forests of Tanglewood in the Berkshire mountains, Massachusetts, with Beck and the Boston Pops. I heard clips from previous shows and also attended a Carnegie Hall concert on this orchestral tour, but the acoustics and instrumental surprises at this Boston Pops show were simply phenomenal. It turned out that Beck's mom Bibbe Hansen and I were seated together and we had fun! The 80-piece orchestra gave each of Beck's songs a unique flair with an unmistakable Pops sound ✨

Depuis notre première interview de l'agence LBBA Architecture en 2022 (Saison 4 numéros 21 et 22 soit : S4 #21 #22) , Erwan Mathieu jeune architecte ayant intégré l'équipe en 2020, a fait son chemin et participe activement à la mutation de l'agence. En plus de Céline Bouvier et Sébastien Krafft qui reviennent dans ce nouveau numéro, nous avons, ainsi, le plaisir d'accueillir et de découvrir Erwan.

L'agence a quasi 40 ans à ce jour et passe dans une aire de transition marquée. Cette transition de la structure part de la volonté de faire perdurer l'outil créé par Ludovic Lobjoy (Lobjoy et Associés) rejoint par Céline (Lobjoy Bouvier) et Jean-Lou Boisseau, devenant logiquement Lobjoy Bouvier Boisseau, qui finalement était devenue LBBA. Cette capacité à marquer les évolutions de la structure est audacieuse. Récemment, ils se tournent vers la SCOP, une forme juridique coopérative pour se transformer, tandis qu'ils comptent un effectif d'une trentaine de personnes au sein de l'entreprise. 

Entre les mutations des pratiques du métier à travers les projets et l'évolution propre à l'agence, nos invités témoignent sur ce qui pourrait être qualifié de véritable révolution. Qu'est-ce qui les motive a assumer autant de changements de front ? Vous trouverez toutes les réponses dans ce numéro inédit et intéressant non seulement pour les professionnels mais aussi pour les profanes qui ont envie de comprendre la manière dont une entreprise et les équipes qui la compose anticipent sur notre avenir globalement très incertain.

I am proud to share with you 2 hours of mix recorded during my debut at the legendary Tresor club in Berlin. It felt special to have the opening slot and see the room slowly getting packed, even more special as Tresor was the very first club I discovered when visited Berlin for the 1st time years ago.

The mix starts with some drones and evolves slowly into a special selection of noisy breaks, EBM, industrial techno/electro, and overall multi-dimensional atmospheres wrapped-up in punk fashion. ENJOY <3

The fossil record presents some stunning realities about what life was like on earth in the past. The diversity of life species was extraordinary compared to what we have today. Fossils also tell a story of massive extinction. And the way the fossil record has preserved evidence of these countless different species can only be conceivable through catastrophic conditions. If at first the fossil record seemed to indicate long age rock layer and fossil formation by gradual processes, the evidence that has now accumulated calls this into serious question.

Fossil evidence for evolution. Evolutionists claim that the fossil record provides the most fundamental evidence that evolution occurred. If evolution did indeed occur, we would expect evidence for this to permeate all levels of investigation in the fossil record - from first glance to the finest details. Assuming the fossil record represents long ages, examples of intermediate species in evolutionary transition should be found captured in the rock layers. But is this actually what we see?
