When AMB sent the first versions of these tunes, to us at Muti Music, he had been creating whole tunes on his newly acquired OP1 and other outboard gear. The clarity, freshness and his unique ability to create flow and beautifully crafted melodies that deconstruct and then build again into a whole. These were all elements that drew us in and instantly had us clamoring for more. The Magic Button is the first in a series of ‘Collected Stories’ that we will be gratefully releasing on Muti Music.

When he first heard the drop on Bad Bitches Dubstep legend Joe Nice ran to the decks, put his hand on the CDJ and did the hardest rewind I've ever seen despite the fact that it was the first time we had ever met. Over a year in the making, it was clear from the start that this project was worth taking the extra time. U Betta ft @Nurries is the first of two remix EPs leading up to ill.Gates and DJ Yawn’s  Muse EP on Producer Dojo, for which the duo have created a whole new universe of style. 

Maui’s favorite MC, Nurries is our ambassador for the first round, laying bare a story that is somehow both personal and universal at the same time. If music has ever given you light during dark times then U Betta not sleep on this one.

I thought it's time for something new on my chanel :) Sorry, but i can't spend a next pro to me, so i deleted 2 older ones for replacing at least one mix. But all my sets are to hear on my You Tube Chanel. This one is really a special one for me. Next to playing some tracks by producers and djs that i may call friends now, the set got mastered by producer and dj Lysergene from Birmingham UK!! Huge thanks to you for doing the mastering for one of my sets. So be perhaps a bit careful cause of the Volume, it's definately louder and with more pressure than you are used to listening to my sets!! In South African English, the word "muti" is used to refer to all sorts of herbal medicine. It is derived from the Zulu/Xhosa word umuthi, meaning "tree," whose root is -thi. In Southern Africa, "muti" and cognates of umuthi are in widespread use in most indigenous African languages as well as in South African English and Afrikaans, which sometimes use "muti" as a slang word for medicine in general, or even as a term for 'good luck'.

Hi, I'm hobby DJ for over 20 years now. I'm deep into Drum & Bass/Dubstep/Uk Breaks & Deep-Progressive House and make mixes for myself. Perhaps somebody likes some of them. I will upload mixes in diffrent electronic music genres from the mid 90's till now. I just use legal bought tracks, all rights belong to artists & labels. I really want to thank all the artists and labels who are tolerating that I use their tracks in my mixes, and for producing and releasing such fat tracks. Like I said, I'm no pro, it's just for fun. So I hope you'll have a good time listening.
