Az utóbbi hetekben sok cégvezető és informatikai vezető számára okozott némi fejtörést, hogy a NIS2 irányelvben foglaltaknak miként feleljen meg, egyáltalán vonatkozik-e a szervezetre az EU második átfogó kiberbiztonsági keretrendszere.

Ez utóbbi kérdést legkésőbb június 30-ig kellett eldönteni, ekkor járt le a hatóság felé a kötelező regisztrációs határidő, rövidesen pedig kezdődik egy új regisztrációs folyamat, az auditoroké. A NIS2 implementálásának hátteréről, a hazai szabályozási nehézségekről vagy éppen előnyökről, a mulasztási bírságokról és még disznókba ültetett chipekről is beszélgettünk Bor Olivérrel, a Szabályozott Tevékenységek Felügyeleti Hatóságának (SZTFH) kiberbiztonsági és kommunikációs szakértőjével.
