Hello My Name Is Echo is me paying homage to one of my best mates on his Birthday. Echo is a good friend as well as fellow DJ on the many Irish radio stations we held residencies at. He's also longtime collaborator on our successful long running Deep Fusion series. I always admired when Echo did his Deep Dub sets and the carefully curated beats he used to craft the perfect vibe. So for his Birthday this year, I dug into my Dub beats for a nice deep dub set to pay tribute to him. Nice chilled beats with a trippy, laid back deep vibe. Bio? This is where I'm supposed to tell you about my world wide gigs and A list collaborations. To me, music has always been about the music and not myself. The dj is the conduit to bring or enhance that musical experience to you. For me it's always been about my passion for music and the way it makes us all feel. I have a simple philosophy that I love music and enjoy mixing and producing tunes and hope people enjoy them too. That's it!
 
Okay, guess I need to give you a little background.... Grew up in Chicago in the early 70's and 80's and was in the right place at the right time to see the birth of house music by some of Chicago's best innovators. I personally got started as a dj in the mid 80's and have appeared at multiple venues over the years, as well as featured on multiple radio shows around the world.  My love will always be vinyl and still believe newer dj's should learn the craft the "old fashioned" way however, will admit that I have been slowly moving towards a lot of the newer technology.

As an accomplished DJ, radio show host, vocalist, producer, published writer, & promo label head, with no shortage of curveballs in her repertoire, she has shared decks with some of industry’s finest such as Anjunadeep's Martin Roth, Cubicolor, John Monkman, Sebastien Leger, David Hohme, Roy Rosenfeld, & Edu Imbernon + Miss Melera, Jerome Isma-ae, Tim Engelhardt, Sascha Braemer, BLANCAh, & the legendary Sasha & Digweed at Montreal’s Igloofest. 

Also host of a top rated monthly show, Undercurrents, on DIFM for nearly 6 years, she managed the global community & promo channel @getting-deeper for 2 yrs & played 3 European & UK tours in 2019, including host & artist at the world renowned ADE.

After her debut EP in 2020 on UK imprint, Configurations of Self, Feb.4/22 saw juSt b debut alongside new Hungary producer NorB on @john-digweed's iconic @bedrock_rec, followed by a special guest mix for his legendary Transitions radio show. With two more EPs in March & May on Life Scripts & Config of Self, supported by none other than Sasha in NYC & Manchester, July 15th saw her solo EP on Balance + a Balance Selections mix & interview - home to legends like James Holden & Henry Saiz. With that came Digweed's Live in London Limited edition CD & Vinyl then in Oct. she had her 3rd Config of Self release + a new collab with Fractal Architect on Cinematique. Rounding out 2022, she & NorB are featured on Digweed's Quattro III album w/ 3 new tracks & finally, as part of Bedrock's Best of 2022 Collection. An epic year of milestones with much more to come!
