After so long dreaming about the perfect remix of Stardust Speedway I finally did it, and it was the best I could do

Probably Sonic's best rival/villain in the history of this blue hedgehog. Probably better than Shadow. I doubt you'll find a theme that was remixed 3 times by SEGA itself
