As we all gather with friends, family and our community this week, we wanted to share the story of our Cherokee Nation Seed Bank and the Cherokee woman in charge of it all: Feather Smith.

As the capstone to WYZAKER’S forthcoming album FORMUL8, SKREAMZ, and the entire project, are anchored by a solemn passage spoken in Nimiipuutimpt (Nez Perce language) by Thomas Gregory (Tátlo) that bridges past and present, language and people to the land, with a call for awareness and steadfastness in a rapidly changing world.
