'On The Move' is the latest alt-rock offering from Dialogic, with an up-beat message to keep moving when the going gets tough.

The path through life isn't smooth - it's not built that way.  It's designed with plenty of stumbling blocks along the way, so there are going to be plenty of falls.

I may not get up straight away, but sooner or later, with the help of my people, I pick myself up, dust myself down, and get back on the move.

On The Move

The first offering from my new album 'Monoliths', available this October.

This was one of the first songs I created for the project that would later become 'Monoliths', my first proper album in four years. The story behind this track is that I figured out how to create a pad sound similar to that of 'Resonance' by the amazing electronic music artist 'Home', and I while playing around with it, I managed to create something I actually liked for the first time in almost half a decade. The original title for this track was 'Lost', but literally upon uploading it I felt that it had more of a 'found after being lost' kind of feel, hence why I renamed the track 'Found'.

And I guess you could say that with this song, I really 'Found' my style.

This song in particular is essentially a remix of a song I kept hearing in Memerman videos but could never find the name of it anywhere so I tried to make it myself so I could listen to it. After years of searching, I finally found the name of the sound this is derived from: Crazy by Patrick Patrikios.

Dangerous Curves

The Dialogic sound is characterised by atmospheric guitar and synth, with layered vocals in a unique style of neo-80s pop-rock.  It is rhythmic, driven, and inspired by bands such as U2 and Simple Minds.
