This sample is probably the essence of what I have been looking for during nine years of making Neosampling Edits. I created the first version in August 2023, even before the official release, based on the Tomorrowland version. In May 2024, on the day of the release, I made an updated edit, which I am presenting here. I can't get it out of my head, and I don't think there's a day when I don't play it.

One of my favourite pop songs. Years ago, I loved listening to remixes of this song by the duo Sanna & Pitron and Steerner. It was only a month ago, when I heard the original on the radio, that it struck me that I had stumbled upon a diamond in the rough... 

PS. I danced to the aforementioned remix by Max Sanna and Steve Pitron at my prom. It was probably the longest dance to one song, because the club mix lasts about seven minutes. My dancing partner asked me during the hundredth pirouette when the song would finally end xD

I first heard this track relatively late, in 2013. Even before making my edits, I often listened to the above fragment in its original version. In May 2017, I decided to see how it would sound ‘my way’. I was surprised – this Neosampling Edit version is more like being in a dangerous jungle at night than partying in a Berlin club, compared to the original one.

If i Survive

Hybrid feat. Julee Cruise - If I Survive (Asceta Neosampling Edit) [2017]

This edit is more epic and fits the final scene of the film, where the protagonist overcomes all his weaknesses and finds long-awaited peace. Then, just before the end credits, there are flashbacks from his past, with this melody playing in the background.

My favourite track of Moby. I remember listening to the original version in the spring of 2005. From the very beginning, my attention was drawn to a short fragment just before the chorus. By 2017, I knew what I could do with it. I'm very happy with end result - I hope you are too!

Moby - Lift Me Up (Asceta Neosampling Edit) [2017]

This edit is special – 22 August 2016 marked the beginning of my history with Neosampling. I listened to the above fragment over and over again in its original version. However, it was part of a whole song and I had to rewind it every now and then. By accident, I found a way to creatively loop it in FL Studio. When I discovered this, the magic began! I felt as if an undiscovered world had opened up before my eyes! I listened to it for three hours straight, which speaks for itself.

Then I moved on to other tracks, and the whole concept developed so much that I am happy to share the rest of the Neosampling Edits with you.
