**UPDATE**

Since my debut album "Lucidly Surreal" was finally released in January, I've had a good start on my follow-up album, to be titled "AfterShock", having 6 tracks already mixed and mastered, ready to go. I've released a single from the new album, "Love Lost". This song won't disappoint fans of rock music. It explores e few different textures in the guitars and syncopation in the arrangement. You'll also notice the darker and powerful chord progressions that are becoming a signature trademark in my tracks.

I have a couple more singles to release as teasers, then you'll have to wait for the album release for the rest. The new album features different textures, timbres, layers, instrumentation, and rhythms, again, highlighting creativity with technicality. You'll hear a full string section of a symphony orchestra jamming out rock style. You'll also experience a feature with a grand piano, flute and piccolo, and lead electric guitar playing split lead parts, synced against each other producing a unique sound that will have you floating in the clouds. So, listen to "Love Lost" and keep a watch out for the new releases.

Hey everyone. I'm Jim, an American transplant living in Christchurch, New Zealand. I've been involved with music since the tender age of 10, either as a performer, writer, or teacher. My instrument of choice is definitely drums and anything percussion.

I'm a true Indie Artist. No fancy recording studios for me. I do everything myself, from writing the music, the lyrics, recording, mixing and mastering,  and promotion I produce every stage of my music from song or album concept down to the final product for your listening enjoyment. 

You'll find that I have a very unique style to my writing. I had a few mixing engineers point that out to me, saying they've never heard anything like it, wondering who I was influenced by. Yah, they really dug it. I produce a mix of songs with lyrics and  instrumental. I'd classify my music as a very progressive alternative rock.
