The trending series has been a platform not only for a wide assortment of upcoming talent, but continues to add some of progressive music's most notable names with each successive edition. Genre veterans Golan Zocher, Greenage, Kamilo Sanclemente, Ric Niels and Ruben Karapetyan, amongst others, have all graced Clubsonica's much sought after Sampler Series, sitting alongside a carefully curated blend of talented up and comers. With the seventh installment marking the beginning of Clubsonica's 2025 release schedule, label boss Juan Pablo Torrez has now compiled the series' eighth edition to commemorate the beginning of the summer season. Featured on the release are (in order of appearance): Diskette, Liam Garcia, Lipa Tazzioli, Praise (BR) and Return To Saturn.

The release concludes with Return To Saturn making his label debut with ‘Nibiru'. Hailing from Argentina, Return To Saturn has emerged from his country's progressive house landscape, armed with a nostalgic sound that has found favour with the genre's premiere tastemakers in Hernan Cattaneo and Nick Warren. Releases via Amulanga, Manual Music, PURRFECTION, Songuara and The Soundgarden, amongst others, have been vehicles for some of his most revered productions, many of which find him sitting near the top of Beatport's competitive sales charts. With a string of recent remixes alongside occasional studio partner Paul Hazendonk making for a prolific 2025 thus far, Return To Saturn now adds Clubsonica to his resume with the otherworldly sounds of collection closer ‘Nibiru'.

Getting the release underway is Diskette who makes his label debut with ‘For You'. Hailing from Russia, Diskette has been finding the creative space between progressive and organic house for the better part of a decade. With initial productions dating back to 2018, the Saint-Petersburg resident has been on a steady rise in recent years. On the strength of projects for Silhouette Music, SOVIETT and Suprematic, amongst others, Diskette developed a resonant worldly sound that has proven to be both club-effective and emotive. With his latest vehicle for Soviett Organic highlighting the spring season, Diskette continues on an upwards trajectory, now making his Clubsonica debut with the rejuvenating sounds of ‘For You'.

The collection's forth selection finds Clubsonica debutant Praise (BR) presenting his latest studio creation ‘Ice'. With a sound that combines elements of progressive house and techno, Praise (BR) is the culmination of years of study, dedication and experience across various musical projects. Eventually settling into his current artist moniker, the São Paulo resident would go on to develop a distinctive sound as evidenced by a superlative string of releases via Droid9, Suprematic and Transensations, amongst others. Also an accomplished DJ, Praise (BR) gained recognition for his memorable performance's at Brazil's famed D-Edge Club, a venue which routinely plays host to the world's premiere DJs. With 2025 being highlighted by an impressive debut for Paul Thomas' UV Noir, Praise (BR) continues his accent into the summer season, making his Clubsonica debut with the trippy percussive sounds of ‘Ice'.

Moving forward to selection three, Lipa Tazzioli also makes his label debut with ‘Otherwise'. Hailing from Argentina, Lipa gained recognition as a DJ first, becoming part of Buenos Aires nightlife with his impeccable taste and smooth programming skills. Eventually turning his hand to production, Lipa relocated to Europe where he would study piano to enhance his musical depth, in turn making impressive debuts for Balkan Connection's BC2 and Future Avenue in 2024. With the future holding much promise for the talented Argentine, he now embarks on the biggest release of his career, making his Clubsonica debut with the nostalgic progressive vibes of ‘Otherwise'.

Selection two finds Liam Garcia making his label debut with ‘Glasgow Skyline'. Residing in Scotland, Liam Garcia has been releasing various shades of house music since 2013. On the strength of early productions ‘Stringing' and ‘Rhythm Complex', the Aberdeen resident was tipped as a rising talent to watch. Eventually settling on more of a progressive approach to production, Liam would go on to record key projects for some of the genre's long standing imprints in BCSA, Capital Heaven and Stripped Recordings, releases which would garner support from some of the underground's premiere tastemakers. With a remix for Ruben Karapetyan's RKP imprint highlighting 2025 thus far, Liam now makes his Clubsonica debut in impressive fashion with the groovy atmospheric sounds of ‘Glasgow Skyline'.

Microdub is an electronic music producer and DJ, from Argentina. Known for his unique style and ability to
create an immersive atmosphere in his productions, his potential establishes him as one of the most
interesting and exciting artists in the current scene.

Since his early releases on labels under the name Funkstate, he has demonstrated his ability to mix elements
from different genres and create his own sound that sets him apart from other artists. His productions include
organic textures, ambient sounds, and hypnotic rhythms that combine to create a unique auditory experience.

In addition to his studio work, he is also a DJ with over 12 years of experience who has performed at numerous
events in Argentina. With his ability to create dynamic and exciting sets ranging from Deep House, House, Dub
Techno, Minimal to Indie dance, he proves to be a complete and versatile artist. His main influences are Hernán
Cattaneo and John Digweed.

Microdub has releases on Buddhabrot Music and Strangers Beats and is currently working on his solo career, a
new cycle that allows him to refine the sound that characterizes him.

With each new release and live performance, he continues to evolve and develop his unique sound. His
commitment to experimentation and innovation ensures that there will always be something new and
interesting to discover in his music.

Arterapsy is more than an artist—he’s a sonic architect and storyteller, fusing the elegance of classical music with the pulse of underground electronic soundscapes. Born in Transylvania and  based in London for many years, Arterapsy’s musical journey has spanned four countries and some of the world’s most prestigious stages, shaping a sound that is both orchestral in its grandeur and hypnotic in its electronic textures.
As a professional violist, Arterapsy has performed in iconic venues such as Vienna’s Musikverein, the Royal Albert Hall, and London’s Barbican. He has played under the baton of legends like Vladimir Ashkenazy and shared the stage with virtuosos including Mstislav Rostropovich, Maxim Vengerov, Nigel Kennedy, and Nicola Benedetti. His orchestral career includes collaborations with top ensembles like the London Symphony Orchestra, Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, and Vienna Symphony Orchestra, with chamber music performances reaching audiences from Europe to Asia.
Arterapsy’s artistry extends beyond the concert hall. He has contributed to major motion pictures and television productions, including Wonder Woman, Bohemian Rhapsody, Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation, and The Equalizer 3. He has also recorded and performed alongside renowned jazz, pop and electronic music artists such as Melody Gardot, Jonny Greenwood, Stewart Copeland and Ministry of Sound.
Yet, despite his deep classical roots, Arterapsy’s true creative fire burns in the world of electronic sound. A lifelong explorer of frequencies and sonic textures, he found his voice in underground progressive house. Influenced by the hypnotic storytelling of Hernán Cattáneo, the melodic mastery of Guy J, and the raw energy of Sama’ Abdulhadi, Arterapsy’s sets are immersive journeys—narrative-driven experiences where lush harmonies, deep basslines, and meticulous sound design transport listeners beyond the dancefloor.

Born in Cali, Colombia, but now living in Medellín, Colombia, Juan Pablo Torrez fell in love of electronic music at a very short age with progressive trance music, but it was not until his 18 years old that he took his love for this music to the decks. Afterwards, highly influenced by artists like Hernan Cattaneo, John Digweed, Danny Howells, Sasha and by progressive, trance and techno sounds of that time, Juan Pablo Torrez made his style very versatile which allowed him to surf between genres and that he maintains until today. This has allowed him to perform in countries like Greece, Hungary, Spain, Argentina, USA and more; hold plenty of club residencies as well as performed in major and massive events such as Summerland Festival Main Stage (2013 and 2015 editions, Cartagena, Colombia), DayDreaming Festival 2018 (Budapest, Hungary) and Bloque Festival 2018 (Kavala, Greece).

Over the years, he has shared the spotlight with many of dance music’s greatest artists such as Hernan Cattaneo, Jeremy Olander, Danny Howells, Dave Seaman, Tiesto, Armin Van Buuren, Paul Van Dyk, Markus Schulz, Funkagenda, Cid Inc, Darin Epsilon, Anthony Pappa, Dmitry Molosh, and countless others.

To date, Juan Pablo Torrez has released music on Parquet Recordings, Perspectives Digital, Beatfreak Recordings, Particles, Clubsonica Records, FSOE UV, onedotsixtwo, among others. His productions have entered Beatport’s Top 100 charts several times and has being supported, charted and played by the likes of Hernan Cattaneo, Guy J, Armin Van Buuren, Aly & Fila, Paul Van Dyk, Nick Warren, Darin Epsilon, Paul Thomas, Anthony Pappa, Wally Lopez, Gai Barone, Solid Stone, Mariano Mellino, among many others.

As a label owner for his very own Clubsonica Records, he has managed to be one of the most important labels from Colombia, by sharing his unique vision of quality music. As a radio host, Juan Pablo Torrez has an exclusive 2-hour Clubsonica Records radioshow at Proton with amazing guestmixes, which has been several times as a Proton Radio top show.
