Tired of chasing those who don’t want to be chased. Stop chasing the feeling and stop getting into the fantasy of it all like it’s some sort of movie or tv show. We are all we need and we rely on ourselves for our happiness. Someone out there, including me, cares that you are here and that you are on planet earth. You are here, there, and everywhere all at the same time. We time travel in our mind all the time, switching from past to present to future self over and over again until we go “crazy.” All you need to do, and what I need to do, is that you don’t have to be in the present or strive to be in the present all the time. If you’re thinking of the past, think of the past. If you’re thinking of the future, think of the future. Don’t try to force a feeling and do try to feel things the way that they are, not how you or others expect them to be. Be confident within yourself/your inner being and don’t let others’ opinions  of you knock you down. If they do, jump back up and keep chasing the best version of yourself. You are the best version of yourself you have ever been because we are constantly leveling up. You may have messed up, said the “wrong” thing and did the “wrong” thing,& we are more than our worst year or day or moment because all we have is time and memories. 1 day at a time and listen to yourself. Another thing, we need to confront our shadow self in order to live the life we want to. Our shadow self has to do with all the things we’re guilty and shameful about that we did when we were younger or all the things that happened to us, whether it be “good” or “bad.” We are all a product of our decisions and our judgments, yet we can still be content with the way our lives are. Your past self did NOT know what you do now and you can only learn from it, accept it, ride out the painful feelings, and move on with your life. It’s easier said than done and it’s a reminder for myself, & it can save your life & my life to reach out for support about the things that have happened to you or things that you did that you regret/feel guilty/feel shameful about. You are so loved and you are a future of multifarious possibility ❤️🫶 hang on and things will change, I promise.
