It was a peaceful morning in Steeeve’s world. He was playing with his fellow furry companion, Dennis the Wolf, until strange things happened. Dennis cowered in the bush, as Steeeve tried to observe the situation. “What in Mojang’s name is going on?” Steeeve said. “Things are floating, and I mean, actually floating!” Suddenly, Steeeve started to feel pressure. Steeeve was dragged into some weird internet streaming rift. “Where am I?” Steeeve said, right before he saw a strange figure behind him. “AAAAAAAAH! They work for an evil narcissist princess named Starling Poppers, whom plans on opening portals to invade dimensions, AND DESTROY WUBSTEP!” said Bubblegoober, in his iconic high-pitched parrot voice. “SHEESH” said Steeeve. “That is terrifying. Why does she hate it anyways?“ “She probably thinks it doesn’t feel right to her. Phaser, wubs, complex writing, you don’t expect a wise ruler to know everything,” said Bubblegoober, chuckling and clucking like an actual chicken. Suddenly they encountered wooden, flying, mustard-spitting beasts named Tungsaurs. “Holy lapis lazuli…” Steeeve said. A strange sound was heard across the dark void…

BUGAWWWWK!” Bubbles kept bugawking while running off into the distance. “This is the worse than the Nether, but I’ve prepared for such weird moments like this…” Steeeve said, while grabbing his diamond sword. “PREPARE TO DIE, WOODEN BIRDS AND GIANT ANNOYING SIX SEVEN THING!!!”

I’ve noticed I’ve got a bit of stuff here now — though it’s rather disjointed and all over the place. Please rummage through; perhaps there’s something you’ll like. 

I also think I’m closing in on a sound of sorts. But I suspect I’ll never quite find it… and that’s ok!  There’s a compulsive want to just make weird shit. And I’m cool with that.

Process —

What I do here is mostly based on the hardware gear I have. (Though I do use plugins for guitar and a few soft synths or keys.) 

I only just—almost don’t—know how to use it all.
I just keep working and iterating until it sounds good to me. It’s just the best I can do really…

Drums are usually played in or sequenced (programmed)

I use Ableton Live (with an Ableton Push) and mix and master in Ableton using a bunch of plugins. 

I shall continue to make stuff… Continue to listen, if you please.
