Our next guest is beyond a special one, a matchless artist, Rita Mikhael a.k.a @E-Saggila, who has been exploring the fringes of noise and industrial music for over a decade now.

In 2015, the Iraqi-born Rita, raised in Toronto adopted the E-Saggila alias for her music and DJing, which draws inspiration from harsh electronic forms, ambient textures and the rhythmic structures of techno and breakcore, which has lead her to create an extensive discography as a producer on renowned labels including Northern Electronics, Hospital Productions, PAN, Opal Tapes and BANK Records NYC and has become one of techno’s most exciting DJs.

This mix is nothing short of an atmospheric journey through cutting-edge sounds from an artists who's not afraid of blending the genres in the best way possible.

Championing a dark, claustrophobic strain of techno, Swedish maestro Anthony Linell (aka Abdullah Rashim) pulls by our mix series with two hours of spine-tingling ambiences and velvet-clad industrial punch. Salute everybody, it is our great honor to welcome the Canadian artist and label owner 藤虎 | Baal Eser for the 9. Chapter of the Blendet Series. 

Canaanite records, based in Quebec, comes from the ashes of the Phoenicians. Phoenicia was an ancient civilization composed of independent city-states located along the coast of the Mediterranean Sea stretching through what is now Syria, Lebanon and northern Palestine.

Acronym first surfaced in late 2012 on his own imprint, Dimensional Exploration, releasing mind-bending music and working in the sphere of similar Labels at that time like Prologue and Stroboscopic Artefacts. A few months later he published a 12″ on Abdulla Rashim newly found label and platform, Northern Electronics. Resident advisor describes " June " as an Album stacked with bright, highly affecting, layers of soft, spacey samples and gentle melodies entwine for the first 15 minutes, pairing with a smoky background what remains omnipresent throughout the album. Presiding over Stockholm's Northern Electronics label with Varg (Jonas Rönnberg), Linell dispenses with mechanisms of attention on all fronts. Marked by an indefatigable self-reliance, the label presents exactly what it means to display, and no more. Carving an idiosyncratic platform for his music is as great of a warning as there could be that Linell's leveraging little toward the benefit of the audience. By his measure, the familiarity and comfort of contemporary techno is stripped back to its rushing heart, the senses left tailgating the strobe in a fit of intuition over decision. The greater this is exposed the colder it gets, and its in these extremes that Linell's caustic rhythmic precision hits. Live, it comes off as a galvanizing strike from the outside; analysing the room as a DJ, it's a case of being pursued through the dark.

Cuanto más se expone esto, más frío se vuelve, y es en estos extremos donde golpea la cáustica precisión rítmica de Linell. En directo, se presenta como un golpe galvanizador desde el exterior; analizando la sala como DJ, es un caso de persecución a través de la oscuridad.
