rimuovesse dall’inconscio collettivo il maleficio

instillando nelle menti

Sei consapevole

dentro la melma
delle mode fraudolente 
degli spot per deficienti

non ti dispiacciono

Call me Saint. I got my start as a producer and instrumentalist, but over the last couple of years, I've been pushing myself to use my vocals just as much as I play my keys or bass. It's made for some interesting sounds, and I think I like my sound enough to share it now.

Internet phenomenon since 2016 jamming on Bob Marley's « Three Little Birds » with busker Lampa Faly, Dasha Pearl is a California raised singer/songwriter, born Dierdre Dubois in New York in 1969. Established in Paris as the « Otherworldly » voice of Ekova in ‘94,  she was crowned  « Best Upcoming Artist Jazz » and nominated « Best Album Jazz » with Julien Lourau Groove Gang at the French Grammy’s 1999. Jazz diva since 2007, Dasha’s textured vocal style is often compared to Amy Winehouse or Erykah Badu.

The first single from her upcoming EP Dasha by Dierdre, « Can’t Put a Price on Dat », is a joyous, gender bending time-warp of Old School Hip Hop meets Jazz and Reggae. ….and it goes Boom!  Friday October 6th
