Eigenlijk de eerste keer dat ik in gesprek ga met een van mijn 1-op-1 klanten die op dit moment nog in mijn programma zit.

Marina heeft een sabbatical van een jaar achter de rug en wil weer aan de slag met haar bedrijf. Maar voordat ze überhaupt een klant binnen heeft gehaald besluit ze eerst in een coaching traject met mij te investeren en een samenwerking aan te gaan voor 18 maanden.

Dit is niet iets wat iedereen zou doen. Maar…

Ze wilde zichzelf niet meer uitputten, ze wilde niet meer door blijven duwen en steeds maar op die wilskracht blijven varen. Ze wilde het anders.

Ze wilt een bedrijf en een leven creëren op haar voorwaarden. Een leven dat balans is en dat kunnen behouden. Ze wilt een stevig en duurzaam bedrijf bouwen voor zichzelf waarin ze al haar kwaliteiten en ideeën in kwijt kan. Een bedrijf waarin zij vrij kan bewegen.

Marina en ik werken nu dik twee maanden samen en zij had voordat wij gingen samenwerken altijd het gevoel dat ze het alleen moest doen zowel zakelijk als privé. Tijdens het traject ontdekt ze steeds meer dat ze het niet alleen hoeft te doen en wat ze nodig heeft om vrij te kunnen bewegen in haar bedrijf. Zodat ze genoeg ruimte heeft en durft te pakken om haar leven te leven op haar voorwaarden.

Tijdens de podcast hebben we het erover hoe het is om met mij te werken? Waar help ik je mee vooruit? Wat betekent dat dan een langdurige samenwerking? Hoe kun je met een business coach samenwerken als je tijd heel kostbaar is?
