The song opens with a cry for a medic — not just a call for help, but an echo of every soldier who’s ever faced the weight of war. It’s about the stillness that follows the noise, the quiet mercy of the river, and the peace found in the long goodbye.

Written and by DJ Oracle, this song draws deeply from his 30 years of service in the U.S. Army. It’s not just about death — it’s about brotherhood, memory, and the courage it takes to let go.

“I’ve buried friends in the earth, folded so neat.”
This line carries the soul of those we lost and the honor of those who remain.

The Long Goodbye

Radio Romania International is a department of the Romanian national public radio, SRR (Societatea Română de Radiodifuziune).

Through its broadcasts in Romanian and in the Macedo-Romanian dialect, RRI is a bridge with Romanians and Macedo-Romanians all over the world.

At the same time, RRI‘s goal is to build an information bridge between Romania, our geographical space and our foreign audience from the target areas. RRI has programmes in Arabic, Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Russian, Serbian, Spanish, Ukrainian and Hebrew.

My Focus:

I say: “I’ll master them all.”

My writing isn't meant to be confined to one playlist category. Every moment is a mood, every lyric is a poem, and every song tells a story. I refuse to limit myself. Writing music across genres isn’t just a skill—it’s my passion. I have no desire to change who I am to meet industry expectations.

Music = Story

Where Am I Today?
I can write in any genre, any language, and on any topic. I have access to any instrument and can create with any vocal style—male or female. But at my core, I am a writer, not an entertainer.
I feel timid stepping in front of a microphone—exposing myself vocally is still a challenge. There are skills to master and fears to overcome before I record my own voice or perform live. But I am comfortable behind the DJ decks.

Where Am I Going?
As I navigate my place in the music industry, my goal is to split my music into three primary genres and sign with labels that align with each sound:

EDM – #SpinninRecords, #Monstercat, #UltraRecords
South Florida Country Pop – #BigMachineRecords, #CurbRecords
Everything Else – TBD

Next Steps for Me:
✔ Write daily and publish new music weekly

✔ Intern with an established DJ – @PhilHarrisMusic
✔ Start publishing behind-the-scenes content
✔ License a song or album to a record label or collaborate with an artist to expose my music and make money

I know social media is necessary, but it’s far outside my comfort zone. Sharing the creative process, the "sauce" behind the songs, feels vulnerable. But I also know that if I want my music to be heard, I need to open that door—even if it’s uncomfortable.

This is my journey. Let’s see where it leads.
