This plays in every fight, probably up til the Limited Life Bonanza in Hotland? after which Stronger Monsters equivalent plays (it plays in Hardcore Mode for all fights besides boss battles, though). Pretty much every Minecraft mob is an enemy, besides a few miscellaneous things (like the Etho's Dishwashers Magma Cubes being Temmies, while normal magma cubes are Woshuas). There are no concrete enemy replacements, other than:
Magma Cube - Woshua
Medium Slime - Moldsmal
Skelly Head - Vegetoid
Bee - Loox
Big Slime - Moldbygg
Frog (not Judge Judy) - Froggit
Etho's Dishwasher - Temmie
Baby Zombie - Original Waterfall enemy
Vex - Original Waterfall enemy
